Shipping Policy

We ship worldwide via UPS from Germany.

Every order will be processed as quickly as possible and will be shipped out within 2 business days. 
Processing times do not include weekends or German federal holidays. 

We insure each shipment during transit until it is delivered to you. 
All orders require a signature upon delivery at which point the responsibility passes to you, even if a third party signs for the delivery.

EU:
UPS Standard  -  free shipping  -  2 to 4 business days
UPS Express  -  30€  - 1 to 3 business days. 

Outside of EU:
UPS Express  -  $30-40  - 1 to 5 business days. 

No sales tax will be added to your order, as we ship from Germany.
If applicable, duties and import taxes shall be borne by the customer.

The delivery times mentioned above are estimates and can occasionally take longer than expected due to unforeseen circumstances or customs clearance procedures over which we have no control.
