Returns & Refunds Policy

Lutz Morris accepts returns within 14 days of the receipt of your order.

Please inform us of your intention to return by sending an email to service@lutzmorris.com and we will send you return instructions. 

 

All returned orders must include a copy of your packing slip, the original Lutz Morris box, dust bag, customer card, and original shipping box and packing material. 
Items with any sign of wear will not be accepted for return or refund. 
Your returned order will need to arrive to us within 14 days from the date you received it. 
Lutz Morris does not accept returns on any items purchased from any retailer other than lutzmorris.com.

If a return is missing packaging, a deduction will be made from the refund. 

 

We will communicate this to you prior to issuing the refund.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the original payment method. 
The original shipping charges will not be refunded.
A return fee of 15€ for EU orders will be deducted from the refund.

Please know that refunds can take up to 14 working days to show on your account, due to varying processing times between payment providers.

 

Germany:
Returns are free of charge.
We will send you a prepaid return label.

 

EU:
We will send you a prepaid return label.
A return fee of 15€ will get deducted from your refund.

Outside of EU:
Please return your order via a trackable shipping method of your choice.
