Norma is the CEO and founder of Quinto GmbH, an international consulting agency for art, music and fashion brands, managing strategic sales, marketing and public relations for fashion designers.

Before moving to Berlin, Norma lived in New York for many years, also working for the CFDA (Council of Fashion Designers of Amercia) where Tina has been a member for over 15 years.

Norma loves to DJ - vinyl of course!
